But I won’t bore you. It is a fine idea and product. Not too dificult to learn. However, to make things easier for you it is a good idea to download and print the 49 page user manual (those who have a duplexor with their printer will be able to use only 25 pages) Once you get started it becomes easier and easier to program. I had a little problem with downloading the software disk (it must be outdated) so I made a call to tech help who is available to us Monday - Saturday 7 AM to 11:00 PM EST and on Sunday (you read right) from 8 AM to 11 PM EST, 365 days a year except holidays. They are very knowledgable and courteous.
